Return Policy
1. Exchange
(1) The items with any manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 2 weeks after receipt, but the exchange is only available for the same item.
(2) No exchange is allowed to the items damaged by negligence.
(3) If you would like to exchange your non-defective items for the same items in a different size due to a personal reason, you should pay all the correlative charges.
(4) No exchange is allowed to non-defective special products or customized items.
2. Repair
(1) Warranty period: One year. Within 2 weeks after receipt, we can repair it for you for free if any defects. (only once)
(2) Free repair: For the items with any manufacturing defects, no material or service fees needs to be paid during maintenance.
(3) Charging repair: Charging repair is applied to man-made damage or natural oxidation and wear of your jewelry, etc.
(4) Freight payment: Two weeks later after receipt, the freight for repair should be born by the customer.
3. Return
(1) The items with any manufacturing defects can be returned for free within 2 weeks after receipt.
(2) Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
(3) Any returned packages without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) issued by MIAARTE will not be accepted.
(4) For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and an insurance. (i.e. SF Express, or other carriers)
(5) For the returns caused by personal preferences, all the correlative charges should be paid by the customers, and shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
(6) Any returned shipment along with COD (Cash on Delivery) will not be accepted.
(7) No return is allowed to non-defective special products or customized items.
4. Procedure
(1) If you would like to exchange or return your items, please e-mail us at service@miaarte.jewelry within 2 weeks of receipt with the photos of the items and a completed return & exchange form.
(2) If no problem, you will be issued an RMA# to be included in your return & exchange form to ensure a proper return procedure.
(3) All returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged during shipping.
(4) Refund will be issued once we receive the returned items. No refund will be issued in advance without receiving the returned items.

After receiving the RMA#, please fill it in the return & exchange form, and send the item(s) and the form to the following address:
