Return Policy

1. Exchange

(1) The items with any manufacturing defects can be exchanged within 2 weeks after receipt, but the exchange is only available for the same item.

(2) No exchange is allowed to the items damaged by negligence.

(3) If you would like to exchange your non-defective items for the same items in a different size due to a personal reason, you should pay all the correlative charges.

(4) No exchange is allowed to non-defective special products or customized items.

2. Repair

(1) Warranty period: one year. Within 2 weeks after receiving the product, if there are any defects, a free warranty can be provided once.

(2) Free repair: If the product itself has defects, material and service fees will be waived during repair.

(3) Paid maintenance: In case of human damage or natural oxidation, wear and tear of the product, fees will be charged as appropriate during maintenance.

(4) Freight bearing: The repair and shipping costs will be borne by the consumer 2 weeks after receiving the goods.

3. Return

(1) If the product itself has defects, it can be returned free of charge within 2 weeks after receipt.

(2) The returned goods must be in a brand new state, with the product label and original packaging retained.

(3) We do not accept any packages that are returned without contacting customer service.

(4) The customer shall bear the shipping cost for returns caused by personal preference.

(5) The warehouse does not accept return packages for cash on delivery or surface mail.

(6) Special offer products and customized products do not support returns unless they are due to product defects.

4. Procedure

(1) If you need to return or exchange the goods, please contact customer service within 2 weeks after receiving the goods.

(2) Customer service will provide a return address. Please write down the order number, recipient, contact information, reason for return/exchange on paper, and send it back together with the product.

(3) After returning, please proactively contact customer service to provide the return tracking number. If not provided, we will not handle it. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transportation.

(4) We will only issue a refund after receiving the returned product and confirming that it is correct; No prior refunds are accepted.
