3. Do you offer a warranty on your products? Can I return an item?
We provide free repair/exchange service for products with manufacture defects within 2 weeks of receipt. No exchanges or repairs will be provided to the merchandise damaged by negligence.
1. Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept include a debit card or credit card, Wechat, Alipay or PayPal. Currently, MIAARTE does not accept cash, checks or any other forms of payment.
2. What is a CVV code?
Card Verification Value (or CVV) code is an anti-fraud security feature to help verify that you are the one in possession of your credit card. For Visa & MasterCard holders, the CVV code is the last 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of the card. For American Express holders, the CVV code is the 4-digit number printed on the front of the card above your credit card number.
1. Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide as long as you can receive packages via SF Express. Check our Shipment Policy for more information.
2. When will I receive my package?
First, login your account and click on the icon of My Account at the upper-right corner of the page. Then you can track your order by clicking Purchase Order on the next page.
3. What if an item is defective?
