Step1Design
Creation: Send us detailed information about your design; we'll work with you to create a virtual reality (VR) image of your design. Please ensure that the final VR image of your product meets your requirements.
Replication: Send us the image of the physical design and its detailed information; we'll contact you about the request confirmation and what to do next after our evaluation. If this request is feasible, you may need to send us the physical design for casting the mold.
Request confirmation lead time: 3~5 business days.
Step2Sample
Creation: After confirming your VR design and quotation, we will charge you a mold fee of ¥1288 for a proportional resin model for approval before starting production. We will charge another mold fee if there is any change to the resin model.
Replication: After we receive your physical design for confirmation and quotation, we will charge you a mold fee of ¥1288 for a proportional resin model for approval before starting production. We will charge another mold fee if there is any change to the resin model.
Model making lead Time: 4~5 weeks. Shipping fee: will call.
Step3Order
After approving the resin model, a 50% deposit of the total order amount is required to start production. If the order quantity is 240 and over, the ¥1288 mold fee will be deducted off the total price (excluding shipping & handling fee).
Production lead time: 4~6 weeks.
